What's Covered
Your Clicöt warranty covers defects that arise from the manufacturing process or from normal use of the watch, including:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Movement failures and mechanical defects occurring under normal use
- Mechanical defects developing during normal use within two years of purchase
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidental damage, impacts, or drops
- Misuse or improper handling
- Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Water damage resulting from use beyond the watch's stated water-resistance rating
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Loss or theft
How to Make a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us. A photo and/or video of the watch will be required before any repair or replacement can be processed. Our team will guide you through every step.
