We have a two year warranty on the principle functionality parts of the watch. All accidental or 'normal' usage of the watch is not covered. This being said, here is a clear idea of what is covered:
- Case
- Strap
- Dial
- Buckle
- Hands
Here is what is not covered:
- Movement
- Accidental Damage
- Water damage
A picture and/or video of the watch will be requested before it can be sent back to us for repair.
