My men's watch keeps losing track of time or completely stopped, how come?

You have purchased an automatic self-winding watch, meaning there is no battery. The watch works using movement, therefore, if you're not very active or have an office job, it's possible the watch does not 'charge' properly. For optimal function you can crank the side knob on a daily basis between 20 to 30 times or purchase a watch winder specifically made for these types of watches.

I received my watch but the bracelet is too big or too small for me, how do i reduce it?

To avoid size mistakes (which happens more than you think) we send our full size bracelets to our customers. This way customers can adjust them if they feel comfortable doing it themselves OR bring it to a jewelry store to have it done professionally.

What is the warranty on your watches?

We have a two year warranty on the principle functionality parts of the watch. All accidental or 'normal' usage of the watch is not covered. This being said, here is a clear idea of

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day satisfaction return policy. Be sure to keep your invoice as it will be requested.

How long will it take before i receive my watch?

Orders are usually fulfilled the very next business day. Most orders will be delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 business days. Although we are not responsible for delays, they CAN occur which is why we always give you a tracking number to track your package.

What is your exchange policy?

We have a 30 day exchange policy.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
